He has served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the Oklahoma Department of Labor, Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Oklahoma Department of Education, and the Department of Special Education. Also, he has served as an Osage Tribal Judge and an Administrative Law Judge for the Cherokee Nation Businesses.   He has a great sense of what course will best serve his clients economically.  He has handled hundreds of cases as an advocate and as an Administrative Judge.

In regards to personal achievements, he was awarded as one of Tulsa's Top Lawyers of 2012 in Tulsa People, he is a member of the South side Rotary Club of Tulsa, and also apart of several Bar associations in Oklahoma such as Tulsa County Bar Association, Creek Tribal Bar Association, Cherokee Tribal Bar Association, and the Osage Tribal Bar Association. Also Stephen has published 7 different articles in the Oklahoma Bar Journal.
